Renters Reviews and Ratings
Not worth the money.
June 8, 2021Upon move in our apartment hadn’t been cleaned or fixed. Holes in cabinet walls. Cabinets lean so the doors don’t stay open. Holes in walls weren’t filled in, just painted over. Including nails and tacks. Carpentry tacks sticking out of the floor in bathrooms. Fridge was damaged and when we put things in it, it damaged part of it further. Our AC didn’t work. It took 4 times of ‘fixing’ a Freon leak before they decided to actually replace it. We had not even been here a month then. They do ...landscape work whenever they feel like it. The dog in the same building as us barks at all hours and management does nothing. The people in my building park in two spots constantly. The parking situation is awful as is.
