Great place to live!
April 25, 2025I have lived here for 3 years and have loved it! I enjoy how close it is to so many places in Houston, but still in a quiet and safe area. I also love the walking trail directly along the apartment which leads to the MKT shopping center. Management is responsive, maintenance team is great, and residents are respectful. I will note that a few of the appliances are older and the walls are thin. Wonderful place to live
February 12, 2024I needed to be close to central Houston, and needed green space for my dog. Stonewood is perfect for my needs. Upon move in the apartment was spotless and in perfect condition. I’ve never lived somewhere with such quiet and respectful neighbors. I’m writing this review because I had my first experience with maintenance today. They came the first business day after I put in the request and fixed my issues very quickly, which I’ve never experienced before. Very well run place. Highly recommend!Property Manager Responded

September 27, 2019A great place to live! Apartments with excellent distribution of spaces, quality finishes and stainless-steel appliances, and a great pool with a cascade which I enjoyed to use as a massage :) The neighbors are respectful, fun, and they are what makes this community a place I enjoyed living in. If I ever had a maintenance request, they were always resolved the same day. The management team rocks, I needed to move immediately and Lane made this possible. If you move to this community you will ...enjoy every day, close to everything you need for a good time in Houston - 10 minutes to Downtown, 5 minutes to big grocery stores and surrounded by parks and green areas to walk and bike. Great location, pricey for amount of space.
August 24, 2015Real close to IH-10. Down the road from great high end grocery stores & just a hop, skip, & a jump away from great nightlife on Washington Ave. I live in the smallest 1 bd/ 1 bath less than 800 sq ft. Maintenance is quick to respond. Had a leak in my roof from severe storm, that took about 4 weeks to get that repaired. Currently remodeling the entire complex, added in Valet Trash and refinished the pool. Rent is about to go out of the roof.
