Great Technician The young man that repaired the leak in my sink went above and beyond to find the correct gasket. He told ne it nay take 24hrs, but returned a few hours later to complete the work.

The staff is so friendly, and the grounds are kept up very well. Great location, and good amenities for the price! I highly recommend Stoney Pointe for anyone looking in the East Wichita area!

Lived in a two bedroom with my girlfriend and another couple so rent was cheap, otherwise it may be a little pricey. The price is with it for living in an area the is on the edge of town with virtually no property crime. This place is really well managed, never had any problems with maintenance, and got along with everyone who worked for the property managers. The property managers themselves were always friendly and easy to talk to. I got the impression that they actually cared about us, which ...
