Rude staff and the lack of sympathy and empathy towards residents and their families

Terrible services and awfully rude residents along with terribly rude staff and A horrible sense of empathy or sympathy towards others in this time of crisis with a pandemic on our hands. In other words do not move here I’d rather live in a gutter with rats because at least they would be friendlier than the staff at Stoney Pointe.
