I would not recommend living at Stoney Trace. I moved into Building 4808 in July 2025, and from day one my apartment had a serious roach infestation. Despite repeatedly reporting the issue for months, management failed to resolve it. After the apartment below mine became vacant, the infestation got even worse, making it difficult to safely use my kitchen.

promised help that never came. I was eventually told I had been approved to terminate my lease early because of the ongoing infestation and was instructed to submit my Notice to Vacate. After following those instructions, management stopped communicating and later acted as though they had no record of the agreement, even billing me for additional rent.
The lack of communication, unfulfilled promises, and failure to address a serious pest problem made this one of the worst rental experiences I've ever had. I have photos and videos documenting the conditions. I encourage anyone considering this property to do their research before signing a lease.
