Parking is Horrible you get 1 parking spot per unit and you can never invite family Friends over because there's never any visitors Parking.Some Tenants have 5 car some tenants
Just bring cars on the Property and park them in the Visitors Spots like 5-6 Cars you get 1 Spot per unite I've seen 2 units with a combined 8 Cars besides the one parked in front of the unit they live in and none of the cars move
But besides bad parking it's a very nice place to live

Really nice apartment however the walls are very thin you can hear the neighbors sneeze, telephone conversations etc... if you want quiet at night make sure your neighbors are quiet.

Stoneywood Terrace has a beautiful stone exterior with cool triangular balconies if you are lucky enough to get a second floor apartment. If not, you get the spot under the balcony that is pretty much open to anyone. All the apartments have 2 bedrooms, one master bedroom with a closet and bathroom and a smaller bedroom. The main things I like about Stoneywood Terrace are that it has plenty of closet space with a large pantry in the hall, 2 bathrooms (one in the hall and the other in the master ...
bedroom), washer and dryer in unit, and a dishwasher. The other tenants are really friendly and I haven't had any issue with anyone. Maintenance is also great and fast. My refrigerator stopped working because I accidentally put too much stuff near the vent. They replaced it quickly free of charge even though it was my fault.
The first issue I have with the place is you still have to mail in a check for rent. There is no online payments. Also, you are assigned one spot in front of you apartment. The problem with this is people in the complex next door will sometimes park in your spot and the building manager will tell you to call a towing company to remove them. The only other problem I have with the apartment is specific to my apartment. I live in the apartment at the very end closest to Welsh Road. Unfortunately, I hear all the traffic from Welsh Road in my bedroom.
