Overall experience is great. There are two things which I would like to mention:- 1) If bushes can be trimmed near the stairs that would be great. 2) if slides can be installed toddlers

Been living here for 3 months and we are very pleased. The grounds are maintained wonderfully and it is clean. The staff is very helpful and kind whenever we have interacted with them. I appreciate the measures being taken to prevent people from using the pool after hours or for unapproved parties. It is very annoying to want to take your family to the pool the next day after a party and the water looks murky and the area is full of trash and food remains.

The management (sales) team often seems more focused on attracting new tenants and creating social media content than addressing the concerns of current residents. Community events frequently feel designed for marketing rather than for the enjoyment of the people who actually live here. promised a free ev charger for months. finally get the charger and it’s $2/hr for a slow charger. the complex is filthy, there is little to no security and sketchy surroundings lately. don’t recommend.
