August 11, 2025When I moved in under the original management, the property was clean, well-maintained, and run by a professional, responsive team that hosted monthly events and cared about residents. Since new management took over, the quality has dropped sharply—trash pickup is inconsistent, the pool and grills are dirty, pests are increasing despite monthly pest control fees, and hidden charges appear without explanation. Management is rude, unresponsive, and provides little communication beyond frequent rent ...reminders. Rules aren’t enforced, cleanliness has declined, and services we pay for are unreliable. Great location, but poor management is making it more of a burden than a benefit. Walls are very thin. August 4, 2025Everything went well, and I didn’t have major issue, except for one thing. I’m currently living under a unit where the resident has a dog, and unfortunately, that has made things a bit difficult. Almost every morning around 6 AM or even earlier, I can hear the dog running back and forth. Since I’m a light sleeper, this wakes me up and makes it hard to get proper rest. The noise is very noticeable, sometimes it even feels like the whole apartment is shaking.
