December 4, 2025So far so good. We just moved in on the 30th of last month. Morgan assisted and ensured the move in process was smooth. Tamia was also helpful by ensuring our vehicles are fine after seeing several reviews regarding towing. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. December 3, 2025The community itself is great; quiet, safe, friendly neighbors, and the amenities are genuinely 10/10. One thing that disappointed us was the communication around the $500 move-in incentive. A leasing agent verbally confirmed that we’d still qualify even if the verification took longer, and we applied based on that information. Later we were told the opposite and were denied the incentive. We never received a direct written response from the manager even after reaching out multiple times. We ...really like living here so far, but the inconsistency in communication during the leasing process left a negative first impression.Property Manager Responded
