Worst management possible

Lives here about a year now. Could be a nice building if it was cleaned regularly. The property management lies and never gets anything done. Good luck getting packages delivered, the Amazon locker doesn’t work. The heat is on all year so it’s a 100 in the hallways.

Good Location, NO Amenities, Bad Management

I've lived here for over 1 year and feel compelled to finally leave a review about this building. First... the positives... this is a great location and the studios are nice for the price. However... there are constant issues with the tele-entry/door entrance. If you frequently receive packages from FedEx or UPS, stay away from this building. Do not rent here. The owner or Guide Property Management, can not get the doors on this building to function properly. I've complained for over 1 year, the ...

problems exist to this very day. Also.... there isn't an elevator in this building. That may be an issue if you decided to live on a floor other than the 1st floor. 3rd... There is NO air conditioning in the common areas, and during the summer its WAY cooler outside than it is in the building. It's an oven. 4th... you will constantly run into people just sleeping in the entrance ways, but this is Seattle and that is tolerated here. In conclusion.... if you don't receive FedEx & UPS packages, you like living in an oven during the summer time, and you love using the stairs all the time (which smell like dog pee), this is the building for you. If this isn't you? Don't rent here.
