It's not a terrible place to live. There are lots of kids who are always in the pool in the center of the complex, so using the pool is kinda awkward. There are only 2 washers and 2 dryers for over 30 apartments, so that is tough, unless you want to drive to the laundromat 2 small blocks away. Neighbors are noisy, and the cops get called a couple times a year for domestic disturbances. The parking is in the back, and its shared with the other apartments on the block. The worst part is that the ...
company that owns this building also owns the other buildings next door and they get remodeled often: new pavement in the parking lot, fresh paint, better landscaping, etc.
