  • Couldn't even get someone to show me around

    I tried twice to get a tour of the property and had an appointment set up. Both times the person didn't even show up to give me the tour. They seemed insistent that I come during the week, which I can't do because I work from 6 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday. Seems like they don't even actually want to rent the place out.

  • good luck getting past the application fee

    Me and a coapplicant both filed an application with these apartment and we're messaged that earliest appointment and move in date was June 1, however when I arrived I was told that the don't even have any availabilities until august and they couldn't show me anything. When I got home I was sent another application and don't that there was a move in date of June 16 available if I could apply, again!

    This is wonderful place to live. It's by far the quietest apartment complex I've ever lived in. Shopping and dining out is only minutes away. The management is always courteous and maintenance takes care of anything that needs repair promptly.
