Terrible Place to Live
September 15, 2023If you are a great resident who always pays rent on time and wants a terrible place to live, this is the place for you. The staff is always rude and the units are roach infested. You can request pest control and submit work orders but they will all be marked "done" and then ignored. My tub has been leaking since July and I've placed work orders about this 5 times. I even took time off work to speak to the manager and they assured me it would be fixed... It has been two months and nothing has ...been fixed. Dirty and Poor Management
September 1, 2022The management is dishonest. The property is dirty. Trash is left all over the property. The team is understaffed. There are pests in every unit. Lots of crime - tires stolen, catalytic converts stolen, and units broken into.Property Manager Responded

December 7, 2021The walls are extremely thin. I can hear my neighbor washing their dishes. People let their dogs poop everywhere. It’s disgusting. The complex is not as quiet as other people claim it to be. People are always screaming, banging things, or talking loudly as they walk down the sidewalks. It’s annoying!! However, the price of rent is fantastic. You’re close to a lot of stores and restaurants. If you’re thinking of moving here, buy ear plugs! You’re going to need them.Property Manager Responded

August 16, 20214. Stratford House is a great place to live. Fantastic manager, Shanna, and her team. Very nice people and hard workers in the office - always easy to contact. Maintenance is top notch and available 24/7! Trash pickup outside our door 5 days a week. 4 swimming pools with chairs and umbrellas. Beautiful grounds. They even have a business center and work out room. Quiet and peaceful complex. Roof repairs done frequently. Upkeep is great. Proud to call Stratford House my home for 46 years. Not a 4 star apartment complex more like roaches and multiple car jackings!!
July 27, 2021Looks good from the outside but once you get in and live inside you’ll want to regret it big time !!! Leasing staff will try to make it seem its a nice quite place but no it’s not. Closets don’t have lights , no electrical outlets in the apartments at all , no ceiling fans whatsoever. Kitchen is filled with roaches !!!!!!! Low budget extermination paid by the apartments does not do the job even if your the cleanest person in the building. Have nice rims better have a rim wheel lock , if not yours ...will end up in bricks! Everyone smokes marijuana in and out of the complex , trash scattered everywhere , trash dumpsters are not opened by the management everyday so people just throw their trash outside. Thin walls and floors so no privacy at all you can practically hear neighbors music or arguments everyday. Dog poop everywhere. Carpet is not changed when new residents acquire a apartment at Stratford , refrigerators are not even cleaned you’ll have to do it before moving in. Overall roaches and car jackings it’s what you’ll expect when you decide to move in here , you are warned !!!!!Property Manager Responded
