Please do not move here. The owner only cares about the money, the office manager is never there and shows up when she feels like it, and the maintenance guy is terrible. The maintenance guy doesn't even have the certifications to do the work that he does. He is basically just a glorified handyman.

coldest part of winter because they would not return my phone calls and ended up having to pay to get repairs done myself. I have been telling them since I moved in that my heat pump was failing since the upstairs does not heat or cool at all and they told me that I was a liar and over exaggerating, and continue to say this as my power bills are now climbing over $300 a month. The heat pump is almost 40 years old.
They also do not maintanence their heat pumps or clean their duct work. When I asked the office manager about it she said they "didn't do that." It's not in my lease that I am responsible for it, so that means it's not getting done.
Pest control is worthless and either doesn't spray the unit or puts down 2-3 squirts of pesticide randomly downstairs. Complained about this as well but nothing happened.
Talked to my neighbors and they also had things unrepaired (one neighbor has a partially collapsed ceiling in one of his upstairs bedrooms). Do not move here. They do not care about you.
