Beyond Words Horrible
August 3, 2017This apartment complex is by far the worse one I've seen working as a 3rd party for apartments. There is rats running across your feet in the laundry room of where the leasing office is located. Rats not mice. Rats living in the same space as renters washing their clothes. Second, Stratford apartment complex has a very bad problem of roaches. VERY bad. It is so bad I am paranoid walking down the hall. I seen them crawling over walls, I seen them run under apartment doors, and I've seen them on ...multiple windows of the complex. I noticed a group of Hudson Grove maintenance workers sitting around bad mouthing the renters & explaining to one another about how they do not get paid good enough to help everyone who "complains" in Stratford apartments. I feel very bad for anyone who moves into this apartment complex, and I hope they didn't have to experience what I did working there as a 3rd party.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
