This is a lovely apartment complex -- it was my first. The staff are great to work with, maintenance is helpful scheduling around pets for work requests, and there was never an issue with free parking in the community.

This is a good neighborhood. Parking is free and first come first serve type, .You can buy a reserved parking spot or covered. Neighborhood is quiet and in a good area , neighbors are quiet and just go outside to go to their cars which is nice.
The staff is always helpful and maintenance is quick and nice . Only bad thing is that the rent is higher even than average even though rent in general has been going down in Denver, but this is a prime location, and they won't budge so for that they ...

The apartment is built in 1984, its older than my age and the flooring and doors are old , the amenities are old, the kitchen cabinets are old, everything is old
