November 20, 2023This place used to be a wonderful place to live with a clean hot tub and warm pool all year round. Now the hot tub has not worked for some time now. No ones at the pool any more so I don't think it's warm year round like it used to be. When SOS landscape comes they butcher the bushes, some to the ground.Property Manager Responded

June 22, 2023Stratford Station is a comfortable and conveniently located community. When we moved last month, our appliances, carpet, paint, etc. were all in very good condition and some were new. The apartment was clean and well-maintained. We had an non-emergency issue with sink drainage that maintenance responded to within 48 hours, so that was reasonable and helpful. March 31, 2023I had difficulty finding an affordable apartment after moving here. When I found Stratford Station, it felt like everything was magically falling into place. I still don't know how I'm paying rent this low for an apartment this nice.Property Manager Responded
