Great place to live
February 2, 2019It is cozy and just in the right spot. Personally ut is near my work so that was a main factor but it ALSO is right near McClean which is a main road to get to downtown. Downtown is not far but not right at your doorstep so the hassles of downtown doesnt effect the area. There has not been any major problems so far and is relatively safe as long as you do the usual commen sense stuff like lock your doors. The new washing machines are nice too because you can use an app to pay rather than getting ...coins every week. The tenants are all relatively quiet other than regular living noise and most i run into are friendly. The landlady is easy to talk to and friendly as well.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
LOVE IT!!!
August 29, 2017I've been here a little over a month and I love it! It's quite like suuuper quite , lots of nice people with lovely animals. Pool is super nice and so is the laundry area. I love my apartment, yes I pay more than what I'm used to for a single student but you can't beat the price for the square footage that you get and the piece and quite. I love my walk in closet and huge bedroom. My dog loves it here and it's close to Dillion's and planet fitness and the dog park! Super happy with my choice in ...this apartment complex! Wichita's Best Kept Secret!!!
July 23, 2015I needed a place to live after selling my home of 40 years. The apartments here at Stratford West are comfy feeling and roomy, much larger then any of the other apartments that I looked at. They have a nice size swimming pool which is kept up daily along with a large club house that you can use free of charge! Parking is convenient. Some of the buildings have numbered parking spaces and some have vertical parking spaces right outside your door! Everyone here is very nice. I haven't needed them ...but maintenance is always available and almost always arrives the same day as contacted. How do I know this you ask? Because all the residents are very friendly and will talk to you. They watch out for each other here. The crime rate is low to none at this time. No apartment invasions for over 15 years. Feel very safe and secure living here. I have also discovered that a lot of the residents have lived here for a long time. I am very pleased living here. The only negative thing that I can say is that they do not have washer/dryer hookups. They do have 2 laundry rooms which seems to accommodate everybody. As far as I'm concerned, Stratford West Apartments is Wichita's best kept secret!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
