Good place to live, but expensive.
August 4, 2015This is a quiet community. There are 2 dog parks, multiple laundry facilities, rec rooms. There used to be more families here. Lots of people have moved out due to the cost of rent. A 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment started off at $1200 a month. Two renewals later and I pay $1303 a month. You have to pay for all utilities now which raised the total rent. If you wanted to rent the same now, I believe the starting rate is from$1471-$1656. The office staff is friendly and welcoming for the most part. ...The maintenance guys are nice and do a good job on any repairs that need to be done. There is a security patrol that does rounds on the property at night. I do feel safe here. Overall, this is a good place to live.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
