Good Overall
September 29, 2023They do a great job of keeping the buildings and surrounding areas clean. Never had a problem with bugs or rodents. And maintenance generally does a good job of responding to requests. The only issue is that once or twice I've come home from work and realized that there was someone in my apartment without them notifying me. They also do pest control twice a year that requires you to clear all your countertops and cabinets, and they usually only give you a day or two notice.Property Manager Responded

please read. do not waste your money.
November 24, 2021This place is disgusting. There has been a roach outbreak , and I have contacted maintenance and the office and they haven’t done anything about it. They say they’re pet friendly but they sent me a letter saying to calm my dog down, mind you my dog is a 6 pound yorkie. I was walking my dog and my dog was barking at a squirrel , which is a typical dog behavior. My car has been keyed , I reported to the office and they didn’t do anything about it. The office/maintenance change the locks to the ...laundry room and DO NOT inform anyone. This place has been the worst place I’ve ever lived at. The people at the office are rude and make snarky comments. I believe there might be only one lady at the office who is helpful(Josephine).Property Manager Responded

Poor pest control agents
October 25, 2021Streamside is a beautiful complex to live in. The surrounding is always clean. The make sure to follow up with any Maintainance requests. I love this apartment complex for that. My only problem is that their pesticide department need to work on the chemicals the use. Non of the visit from their pest control agent ever made any difference. There are rats and roaches everywhere in the apartment. I even spoke with one pest control agent he told me he will set an appointment to come work on it. But ...he never showed up. I am really disappointed with their pest control department. Aside of that, I am enjoying my stay hereProperty Manager Responded

Excellent Community
November 5, 2019I am a resident for more than 10 years. Customer service is great. Resident events are great too. Maintenance of the apartament is always done within 2 days maximum. Emergency service is always on time and reacheable at every time is needed. I highly recomend Streamside. He sido residente por mas de 10 años. El servicio al cliente.
