June 26, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI wish I could give zero stars. I’ve been reporting a clear violation of my lease agreement by my roommate for 26 consecutive days, and the management team at Identity Miami has done absolutely nothing. I’ve sent emails to the manager Jamal, Brianna, identity front desk, I made phone calls, and even gone to the front desk in person—and all I get are empty words and excuses, but no real action to protect my rights as a resident. This has honestly been the worst living experience I’ve ever had. I ...feel completely unprotected, ignored, and exhausted by management’s lack of accountability. They do not care about what tenants are going through. They don’t help, they don’t enforce the rules, and they just let serious problems continue without resolution. It’s located in a residential area, it’s not sketchy at all. It’s very lowkey, the amenities aren’t too packed all the time. The building does events for the residents and it’s always a great time. Perfect for student housing and great if you work in Miami. Parking garage is never pressure washed and is full of soot from cars (the floors are all black), all the trash cans around the building are always full, illegal drug use everywhere, they will charge you for anything and everything, management is unresponsive, dont get tricked by the pretty pictures pool and gym really suck, and by far worst issue is the elevators are always down i have waited upwards of 5 minutes to get ...down from the 11th floor huge risk for emergencies.
