June 26, 2025I wish I could give zero stars. I’ve been reporting a clear violation of my lease agreement by my roommate for 26 consecutive days, and the management team at Identity Miami has done absolutely nothing. I’ve sent emails to the manager Jamal, Brianna, identity front desk, I made phone calls, and even gone to the front desk in person—and all I get are empty words and excuses, but no real action to protect my rights as a resident. This has honestly been the worst living experience I’ve ever had. I ...feel completely unprotected, ignored, and exhausted by management’s lack of accountability. They do not care about what tenants are going through. They don’t help, they don’t enforce the rules, and they just let serious problems continue without resolution. On top of that, the building is full of cockroaches. Just like other reviews have said—it’s true. If you care about your well-being and peace of mind, do NOT live here. The management is unresponsive, unprofessional, and indifferent. I absolutely do not recommend this place.Property Manager Responded

Staff is Super helpful

Love the vibe
May 16, 2025From the staff to the residents living here everything is great. Love the location, it’s not too far from FIU, the beach and downtown. It’s located in a residential area, it’s not sketchy at all. It’s very lowkey, the amenities aren’t too packed all the time. The building does events for the residents and it’s always a great time. Perfect for student housing and great if you work in Miami. Definitely check it out, the staff will give a great in depth tour of the building, and they run great ...specials if you’re able to catch them. Good find for Miami market.Property Manager Responded

Horrible Place
September 20, 2024I will list all the reasons you should avoid this place like the plague. Parking garage is never pressure washed and is full of soot from cars (the floors are all black), all the trash cans around the building are always full, illegal drug use everywhere, they will charge you for anything and everything, management is unresponsive, dont get tricked by the pretty pictures pool and gym really suck, and by far worst issue is the elevators are always down i have waited upwards of 5 minutes to get ...down from the 11th floor huge risk for emergencies. May 14, 2023I was really disappointed with this place - it was completely disorganized. Their email responses took forever, and when I finally received a reply, the information was incorrect. It's important to know that the moving-in process can take several days, and they don't allow phone conversations. To make matters worse, I received an email saying I could move in, but the next day they retracted the offer. Overall, it was an extremely messy and unorganized experience.
