I wish I could give zero stars. I’ve been reporting a clear violation of my lease agreement by my roommate for 26 consecutive days, and the management team at Identity Miami has done absolutely nothing. I’ve sent emails to the manager Jamal, Brianna, identity front desk, I made phone calls, and even gone to the front desk in person—and all I get are empty words and excuses, but no real action to protect my rights as a resident.

feel completely unprotected, ignored, and exhausted by management’s lack of accountability. They do not care about what tenants are going through. They don’t help, they don’t enforce the rules, and they just let serious problems continue without resolution.
On top of that, the building is full of cockroaches. Just like other reviews have said—it’s true. If you care about your well-being and peace of mind, do NOT live here. The management is unresponsive, unprofessional, and indifferent. I absolutely do not recommend this place.
