ICON will never return the deposit. My roommate and I have been negotiating this matter with them for two years. They always promise they will send the deposit to us, but do not take any action.

Icon Apartments is located in the midst of beautiful Isla Vista. Although a bit of a small area for the price, it comes with many amenities that make up for that shortcoming. The apartment comes fully furnished with furniture, beds, basic cable, washer/dryer, internet, and a beautiful view that you get to wake up to every morning. can lay back on a lounge chair and have a beautiful view of both, as well as Isla Vista. The building includes a small gym with your basic workout needs, and maintenance and staff are always very helpful and always have a smile on their face.
