Been here 6 years. These photos are not showing the true colors of this place. Let’s start with parking garage- It is not that clean. it also floods when it rains in LA. Rather annoying when walking to your car and then step in a huge puddle. Parking around apartment is horrible and not fun, unless you like to circle over and over. When I moved in it took them almost three years to finish the upgrades when they told us it would be done in 2016. I moved in end of 2015. Poor management that does ...
not want to help their tenants with complaints or issues, so beware. They recently allowed pets as they did not before. I would suggest options and not only this place if your looking to rent. Floors are so thing you will hear upstairs neighbors loud and clear.
