I love living in Studio Park! My favorite parts are: The balcony with pickle ball court, cornhole, and tanning chairs. I love that the pool is accessible from the tanning deck. I love the gym. The setup is great and it has great lighting and view of the tanning deck. I love the location — it is within steps of many restaurants and attractions & Starbucks!

Studio Park has been the perfect living experience. The amenities are amazing. Location is perfect and the rent is reasonable. Plus, if there’s ever a problem, the staff is extremely helpful and it’s resolved very quickly.

It’s been good living here, the location is great, staff is friendly, and amenities are excellent. Although there were minor hiccups with loading zone parking and missing items when moving in (that are hard to control), I am enjoying it here.
