April 27, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI've been at Studios at Walnut for over two years now. As a freelancer from NYC, the industrial feel, high ceilings, red bricks, and a great building community make me feel right at home. Management is always available, building and grounds are always nice. The Lamanda Park / Pasadena community has everything one could want. The A train at Sierra Madre Villa Station is a 15-minute walk from Studios at Walnut, also with free parking. Life and working at Walnut is an absolute pleasure.

I was lucky enough to be able to experience them as a single person, a married couple, and we even brought our first baby home there. The studios have always been quiet, safe, unique, and a pleasure to call home. Management was always responsive and the entire community was always kept updated. I have recommended the studios to numerous people over the years and I will always sing their praises! I true gem for live-work life in Pasadena!
