Been living here for the past two years, and unfortunately, I’m increasingly disappointed with the overall management and maintenance of the building. There always seems to be an issue, whether it’s cleanliness, maintenance, or common areas such as the hallways, laundry room, and elevators, and concerns are often addressed with significant delays. For example, the AC issue during the summer took nearly a month to resolve. I hope these concerns are taken seriously and improvements are made, as ...
