Elevators are always broken, and if you want to take the stairs, everywhere is poop. Hallways always smell so bad and there's only one elevator for 700 units.

I would give 0 starts if possible. Elevators are constantly shutting down due to kids playing day in and day out. Upstairs neighbors are a nightmare! We have been contacting management about ongoing problems with our neighbors for a year, and nothing has been resolved. Management will not do anything unless they want to or it somehow benefits them.

Place only comes with fridge dishwasher & stove, central AC. No fitness area unless you pay for LA fitness & only seniors get a fitness lounge area not the residents of stylus. Place is filthy tenants don’t keep clean & management sucks & no parking it’s a hassle ! You only get one per apartment & towing is always here taking cars no parking for guest either ! About 4 washers & 4 dryers per floor with more than 20 residents on each floor & very filthy if you want clean washers cloths have to ...
clean them yourself even management will tell you it’s not there problem. Trash rooms disgusting overall needs waaay too much improvements and oh maybe background checks would be nice too much vandalism and theft all time high in parking garage.

The management need to change ASAP!!! I complained twice to stylus manager and supervisor about loud music but they are not doing anything about it. This apartments are so close to each other you could literally hear the person in other apartments. We can’t leave our window or balcony open because of marijuana and cigarettes smell everywhere.

Only 1 elevator and wait time is ridiculous. No parking. Only 1 parking pass per house even a 3 bedroom only gets 1 parking pass. No street parking during day. Management never returns calls, emails or letters even regarding noise complaints. When we moved in no one told us where to park, where anything is located or what mailbox to use. Can’t wait to leave this property.
