    Very clean and new looking apartments. The parking is great. Really large stalls. The key pads to unlock doors instead of a house key is really convenient.

We like to ride mountain bikes and hike, which we so far have already been able to explore so much within 20 minutes of our home at Sugarflats (we've been here less than 3 weeks). We went to the Hogle Zoo's Zooluminate (highly recommend), which is also less than 20 minutes from the community.

    I just hit my 9 year anniversary of living here. Absolutely love the location it's within walking distance of so many things. Maintenance staff is top notch! They're quick, friendly and AMAZING! The office staff Jeff and Callie are the ABSOLUTE best! Always willing to listen to concerns and always helpful with anything you need. Hope to be here another 9 years

    Complex seems to be doing major upgrades. You can’t beat the location and night life. Having multiple grocery stores nearby is huge. Can’t complain.
