Poorly Managed

I cannot stress enough how horrible my renting experience was here. Apartments are moldy, shared washers and dryers are left broken for months, and maintenance will enter your apartment outside of the communicated time windows. Very high turn over in office so no one ever knows what is going on nor are they willing to help you with anything. Snow removal takes days if it is done at all. Apartments are cheaply built so you will be able to hear anything and everything your upstairs/downstairs ...

This place is terrible. Noisy neighbors. I used to work a third shift and slept about 3-4 hours a day. I left this place 4 months after being here, the people who work here told me they would find a tenant in my stead since I moved out of state. Well surprise surprise I am still paying rent and utilities on an apartment I have not been living in for the past 5 months. STAY AWAY.

My partner and I thought that this was a nice place to live at first. But the second you start having issues that need to be fixed, they don't do so hot. We had terrible mold problems right in our bedroom and the only thing they did was come once and just wipe it off the wall with a rag. Like that's going to fix it.... So we decided to move out and upon doing so we found multiple other areas where mold was growing right where we slept every night!! Ridiculous. Complained to management and not ...

even a peep about it NOR any apologies. Oh, and on top of that they steal your security deposit at the end and refuse to give it back to you over any slight issue that they never told you about until you get the bill. Will never live here again and I do NOT recommend living here. Don't trust them.

The apartments are roomy and economical and have fantastic views. I had downsized from a house so my move was stressful. The entire staff and crew have made my transition easy! Anytime I have had an issue (very few!) there was someone at my door to help within hours. Oh, and the best part - my beloved dog is welcomed here!
