Sugar plum is a nice building. The units are decent sized and have enough amenities for the money. There are some updates needed but overall the building is nice.

I’ve lived in Goldmark apartments many times and I think they are great. I’ve never had a problem and I’ve always got back my full deposit. I’ve never had issues of things not getting fixed. They have been very good to me, and I to them. I’m happy to be with Goldmark. I’ve never had staff be rude to me. They’ve always been helpful if I needed anything. I prefer Goldmark over any other apartment management.

Great management team. Head office manager is excellent! Other office staff is slow at returning calls and sometimes don’t at all. Office needs more staff, those poor folks are so swamped all the time. That’s why I hate to complain but maintenance needs to do better.
