Perfect
November 21, 2025I have been living here for almost a year now and I have only ever had great experiences. Neighbors are all friendly, it’s quiet, laundry room is easily accessible, and there is security at night. It’s also gated so that adds to the level of security! Management and maintenance are all prompt with responding regarding any concerns. They are just as friendly and helpful! The premises is always kept clean too! For a studio, it’s quite spacious in my opinion! I went from a two bedroom to a studio ...as things were getting expensive with this economy and I found this place with luck. I really enjoy living here it’s a gated community and for me and my child safe. Quiet, safe community

Convenient location and great management
November 19, 2025We have been Sugartree residents for four years now and I can say that we truly enjoy living here. We found this apartment by chance during the pandemic and the management have been so helpful and accomodating. Although it's location is not in the best area, the apartment is safe and peaceful. There's an overnight security and our neighbors look after each other. Another important thing to mention is, anytime we submit a maintenance request, we always receive a prompt response. A huge shout out ...to Jose and Omar, for being hardworking and friendly. Also to Noeleen and everyone at the office, they're amazing!
