Do not even bother with this apartment the supposedly manager Vernonica will NEVER RETURN YOUR CALLS nor will she run your credit when you submit an application seems she just wants to take your money $35 for the application fee. I been waiting for almost 2 weeks and she still has not return my calls. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THE MANAGER IS A SCAM. DO YOUR MATH PEOPLE SHE MAKES 35 bucks out of every person she gets and in reality is just keeping your money. I will try to contact the main company ...

Horrible Management Company

Nice units themselves but the gate didnt work half the time, things would be taken out of vehicles, central ac would go out in the middle of 100 degree summers every other week and worst of all they will NOT return your security deposit no matter gow clean you leave the apartment. On top of that, the they tried collecting an additional $432.00 dollars on top of the $900.00 they would not return. Its even in collections. They are greedy and scandalous and should not be in business.

I had accepted that the area I was moving to wasn't the greatest, but I feel that the manager at the time lied in order to get the apartment rented as soon as possible. Some things are convenient about the place. Such as your parking spaces are directly underneath you. There is central air. The apartments themselves are not too bad but the complex is uncomfortable. Since moving in, there have been numerous incidences in which I just do not feel safe. Gates that are suppose to be locked do not ...

work allowing people from the streets in. There is way to much loitering, and almost nothing done to control it. To give you an idea, there have been 3 different managers since moving in. From my understanding, the apartments are ran by a company and from what managers explain, they are just in it for the money. Nothing gets accounted for when there are basic maintenance issues needed, but you will receive a notice first thing the next morning if you forget the rent. I have been only living here for small length of time and have already written two letters of complaint regarding my safety and maintenance issues. My lease is for a year and I am already looking at ways to get out of it.
