Deceitful management
June 12, 2024Very unorganized. If you have questions, do not expect the office to provide you with any useful information. I went out of my way to get my carpets cleaned in order to have my security deposit returned. I told the office manager that the bathtubs were old and peeling. She assured me that they would not hold this against me. After moving out of my apartment they changed me the whole security deposit in bath tub cleaning fees. This misinformation is a common theme from this apartment complex. I'm ...very disappointed in this complex and I would not recommend.Property Manager Responded

Do not move here. Management is a Joke.
December 12, 2021All they want to do is take your money for every little thing they can possibly find to charge you for. Management is extremely unprofessional and they will tell you whatever you want to hear to get your signature and your money. The office never answers the phone and half the time the office is open- no one is there. OH- and there's ROACHES.Property Manager Responded

ROACHES!!!
September 29, 2021I have lived here for 2 months and have had an exterminator come twice, and they’ve done nothing but put a bandaid on the situation instead of fixing it. They’re under my fridge and living in our counter. I’ve put my own money into buying traps that are actually effective and have spent my time researching on how to get rid of them, because I’m tired of living in fear. I just got home from working a double shift and all I want to do is get ready for bed, then I find a roach on my toilet. July 30, 2021Summer Cove is an excellent place to call home. The apartments are beautiful snd spacious, the landscaping is lush and tropical! I love that we have two pools, and there is a nice grill area by them. There is also a nice exercise room which includes a barre that I can practice ballet.
