The pool was kept clean, parking lots were kept clean even around the dumpster area. Maintenance are very fast paced and take there time fixing something even when you aren’t home! They leave a note stating they came and fixed it! I highly recommend this apartment complex. The one bedrooms were more spacious than I thought before moving in and the property manager is very sweet as well as the leasing office staff and ...maintenance employees! They work hard and fast to resolve any issues you have!Read More

This is a major convenience for us and we enjoy living here. We have been here at SummerGreen for almost one year and are seriously contemplating renewing our lease! The office staff are kind and most efficient in getting problems taken care of quickly. Overall, we give Summer Green Apts. a definite "A!!"

August 5, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comSummer Green provides the bare essentials. It's a livable space with a great and responsivemaintenance team. The aesthetics of the apartment could be updated. Small things like cabinet handle choice goes a long way. Aside from the small tweaks, the apartment is decent and for someone not looking to overspend in rent. I only wish there was a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom option. Otherwise, I'm content with the space for now.
