They don’t fix anything on top of neighbors being loud all throughout the day letting their dogs poop everywhere and not making them clean up after them’ people drive crazy out here they more worried about rent then fixing problems people have in home ‘

I have now been staying here for 6 months and I absolutely love it here . The pool was kept clean, parking lots were kept clean even around the dumpster area. Maintenance are very fast paced and take there time fixing something even when you aren’t home! They leave a note stating they came and fixed it! I highly recommend this apartment complex. The one bedrooms were more spacious than I thought before moving in and the property manager is very sweet as well as the leasing office staff and ...
maintenance employees! They work hard and fast to resolve any issues you have!

This place is terrible. There is MOLD growing in numerous apartments out there and the leasing manager has done absolutely nothing to properly fix it. They won’t even replace your damaged property.

Our apartment is nice and comfortable. It is located close to malls, restaurants, gas stations, drug stores, and Vidànt Medical Center. This is a major convenience for us and we enjoy living here. We have been here at SummerGreen for almost one year and are seriously contemplating renewing our lease! The office staff are kind and most efficient in getting problems taken care of quickly. Overall, we give Summer Green Apts. a definite "A!!"

So far it's been a good experience living here. The atmosphere is peaceful & everyone minds their own business . I would recommend people to move here . the only con is the rent should be lowered for one bedroom apartments, but other than that its good.

Summer Green provides the bare essentials. It's a livable space with a great and responsivemaintenance team. The aesthetics of the apartment could be updated. Small things like cabinet handle choice goes a long way. Aside from the small tweaks, the apartment is decent and for someone not looking to overspend in rent. I only wish there was a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom option. Otherwise, I'm content with the space for now.
