Summer Hill
September 21, 2015The neighborhood is sketchy, you hear gunshots at least three times a month. Very dangerous area, my brother got mugged right outside of the apartments and his trucks window got busted all in 2 months. The manager's are sweet and nice but the apartment that we've lived in for EIGHT YEARS has never been renovated and the rent is quite expensive for such a bad neighborhood.Review from Apartments.com

September 3, 2015I;ve been a resident for about two and a half years and the apt and the managmet have been great. any thing that went wrong in my apt, all I had to do was inform them and they came right on and fixed it. no delay unless they had to order something, then it only took a day at the most to fix it.
