I don’t suggest staying here!!
October 16, 2022If I could give no stars I would. I have lived here since June 17,2022 it has been the absolute worst experience ever. My childrens room door doesn’t close shut, my bathtub is pealing looks like they just painted it with white paint, my stove barely works I can only use the two smallest ones to cook on, the cabinets look like there gonna fall apart. My bedroom, living room and bathroom flooded due to a sewage problem they had in the maintenance apartment took forever to come look at it and never ...even got the water up I had to use all my blankets and towels to get it up(that’s how flooded it was). The sewage outside ran over and there was poop all over the ground and in people bath tubs.(Took all day to fix it said maintenance went to work at another property) I called code enforcement due to it having my flooded apart smell like sewage plant) I have 3 kids under 5. My air didn’t work since I been staying here, they came to fix my air 4times and still yet to work.(my apartment was 85 and up mind you it’s been 111 degrees in Okc) There’s roaches crawling on the ground outside from apartment to apartment and it just looks a mess. My apartment smells like a strong chemical which they say is coming from the apartment up stairs that they just painted it and will not do anything about it. By the way your a paint smell shouldn’t be coming through the vents or walls that bad to have my 2,3,&5 year old kids coughing like crazy because they can’t breathe in it. I highly suggest you find somewhere else to spend your money every month because summer place isn’t the place. I just moved to Oklahoma from Georgia and needed some place to stay. But trust me that was the only reason and I truly regret giving these people my money. RUNN!! RUN!!! & RUNN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE (update my bath tub just had sewage water in it all the way up till it was about to overflow in the floor My toilet was the same way it took me 2 hours to find a number to call and 2 hours for them to come fix it once I called. April 19, 2019gunfire daily , can't keep office managers, full of drug users and dealers including the man who died in the apartment down stairs from us because his wife was to high to take him to the hospital when he got sick...the stair were falling apart causing me to fall through them, I followed the proper paper work legally to withhold rent to have them fixed and was flat out told they will not fix them, the manager went into my apartment without notice and left my door open! After being presented with ...an eviction court date even after showing all my evidence the judge basically said oh well , and awarded them the case.... the DAY AFTER COURT THE STEPS WERE FIXED!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
