This one of the worst apartments you can live in the Shreveport-Bossier area. I learned the hard way, save yourself some trouble and avoid this placement at all costs!! I’ve lived at this apartment complex for over two years. Management has changed A LOT since 2017, even more so recently. Over the pass couple of months, I finally decided to sign out of my lease early and head for the hills. ...over the responsibility of the grounds. Pest control no longer comes out to the units and rodents, such as gnats and roaches are always a problem. I personally notified the front office numerous of times before repairs were made. Also, my bathroom was covered in black mold and it took over a week for maintenance to address the issue. (I have pictures!) Finally, Management is not polite over the phone and during a conversation they insisted on arguing with me about the mold in the apartment. On top of that, they will add additional unauthorized fees to my rent balance without your consent. I had enough of how management treats the residents at this place, especially to those how always pay in full, on time, every month. The only upside to this place is that when the maintenance man, David, is notified of a issue, he always does an excellent job with the repairs.
