Incompetent Management

Absolutely terrible experience with Realstar, would never recommend renting with them. Lived here for almost 3 years and when we moved out, did the move out inspection and gave keys back no problem. Never got our damage deposit back despite me calling them repeatedly. Ended up going to small claims court, and the judge awarded us double the damage deposit and still had to call and email multiple times to get the money we were owed. We moved out Oct 31, 2025 and only received our damage deposit ...
and pet deposit back March 11, several months after we had moved out. Every time I called, it was a different excuse, oh the accountant is on vacation, oh the checks have been mailed which was all lies. We dealt with Krysta and Bailey and although they are nice, they are very incompetent and so is the rest of Realstar. Would never recommend anyone living with such inept management..

I had a wonderful experience at Summerhill Apartments! The staff at the Summerhill Real Estate department were incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful throughout the rental process. The apartments are exactly as described in the photos—clean, safe, and very well maintained. I really appreciate the convenient amenities such as the in-suite washer, dryer, and dishwasher, as well as the lovely green spaces around the property. The location is perfect, with excellent bus accessibility, and there’s a ...
grocery store just a five-minute walk away. Overall, it’s a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to live. I highly recommend it!
