May 28, 2022We’ve lived at Summerhouse since July 2022 and initially came here when all they had for a leasing office was a trailer in the parking lot. Everyone was helpful but Ashley stuck out to us immediately because she was so friendly with a good sense of humor, smart, on the ball, efficient and beyond helpful. She’s been our main point of contact since and has handled every situation quickly, efficiently and professionally. So I’m writing this review now because I figured it’s the least I can do after ...she helped us once again today! We’re moving to a new unit but expressed a desire to be on the highest floor which was not available. By chance it become available and Ashley alerted us right away so it didn’t get rented online where we might’ve missed out. I know her plate is full so taking the time and remembering what we wanted impressed us! But we weren’t surprised either as she’s always been on the ball and communicative. We’ve solidified our new unit and are very happy! Looking forward to another year at Summerhouse and with the great staff!Property Manager Responded

Family Friendly!
February 17, 2022Great place if you are just moving to the area to meet people, especially those with kids. It has surprised us how much we have enjoyed the apartment life when coming from a house. They do a great job having fun events to meet people and socialize with kids.
