May 19, 2021Ive lived in two different apartment complexes other than Summerlin Ridge. My last was a 10 year residency. Summerlin Ridge is the best community by far. The office staff is friendly and professional. The community is clean and tucked back behind a shopping area and you would never know. Its always clean and quiet. The residents are friendly and respectful of each other. Willie keeps the grounds clean everyday from garbage and the pet receptacles are always full of bags for us to use to clean up ...after our dogs. The pool is always clean every time I use it, and thats a lot! I would rate Summerlin Ridge a 10 out of 10!Property Manager Responded
