I have been here for 1 yr and I enjoyed my time there.
No issues, or problems. Staff was nice and pleasant when I needed to interact with them. Almost no problems, and if I did it was resolved in 24hrs. I truly enjoyed my stay here and would do it again. Summerly was easy to navigate back and forward to work, shopping and quiet for the most part. Building was cleaned weekly, trash was removed from property weekly and the problems I did have was not apartment related but people related. Even ...
then they were kind, receptive and responsive. You can't change who or how your neighbors conduct their self. That is not the responsibility of the rental office or staff it's how you were raised. With that said I give Summerly Apartments a 5 Star. However some residences need to look in the mirror and reflect on how they are projecting their self before bashing others or Management. I am from New Jersey and relocating to Maryland. Looking for apartments. Called this property and took appointment. They took my email and I double checked for any errors in spelling my names. Then I went exactly at 2 pm to the leasing office. They didn't let me in but said I should call from outside. I did and the woman (I see her from outside) replied that I have not verified my ID when she sent the email. To be honest, I never received any email from them. I even offred to show my ID there. ...
The woman didn't listen and said that they can show the property.
I went there driving 16 miles!!!
It is an awkward situation for a New Jersian and it SUCKS!!!

We have been living here for 4 years now and we had good and bad experience. Office staff is okay and so are apartments. Yes there are lots of cockroaches every where and rats! Parking sucks ! Forget about going out on the weekends b/c after 8. Good luck. No parking anywhere ! You’ll have to park at least half a mile from your unit. Maintenance sucks! Literally call the emergency line Due to no heat. The lady told said they called the on call person every ten mins and no answer. Was w/o heat with ...

Their is ample parking if your not home before 10 your walking a half of mile to get to your unit. The team on site unprofessional don’t care bout the concerns of their tentants. Maintenance comes in your unit with out prior notice. Even notice things missing out of our yet. No strict policies on permits on the grounds for visitors. Oh and don’t even complain to corporate because they don’t care either been making the same complaint since November 2017 either on site nor corporate as contacted ...

This place is the pits, they want to keep raising rents as if any of that money is going into the upkeep or improving the units. The maintenance crew is a joke as well as the rental office personnel. NONE of them know anything about anything! Ever since new ownership took over it has only gotten worse!! Do not let them suck you in it's all lies and inconsistencies.
