The Summertree Waitlists are closed for both the 2- and 3-bedroom units. We do not have 1-bedroom units at this property. Due to a significant drop in move outs the waitlists will not be re-opening this year (2026). We currently have over 50 applicants on each list and fill our available units through the waitlists. If you completed a waitlist packet you will be contacted by Management as soon as you are at the top of the waitlist to start the application process. Great starter place
January 29, 20262 bedroom apartment. I love living here. I’ve been here 5 years and have no complaints. I saw a review mention bed bugs and roaches and I must say, they had them with them. I’ve never had a bug issue in all the years I’ve lived here more than ants which haven’t been that bad, with a tidy home. The only thing I do not like is carpet, I wish they didn’t have carpet.
