    I vacated on time. I provided a month and a half notice and was assured by phone that a partial payment would be accepted but was later charged an additional full month. My entire security deposit was withheld for wall damage, despite the paint easily coming off with normal cleaning. I can't even fight it in court because they charged me after the lease term. Please proceed with caution.

    Visited the property last month. The area is very clean and well maintained. My niece lives at Summerwell and I love everything about her home. I met Ronald, one of the maintenance team members, during my visit. He was very knowledgeable of the property and was able to point out the different amenities available on site. Overall, the property and staff are awesome and the Summerwell looks like a great place to live.

    Just writing to express the wonderful visit I had at this property. I'm looking to relocate to the Wendell area and a friend recommended Wendell Falls area. I'm not ready to buy just yet so I visited Summerwell Harmony and was blown away at the variety and quality of the floorplans available for lease. I met the maintenance staff as I was looking for the leasing center, and they were so helpful in showing me the directions. I met with Reynaldo and Amy at the leasing center. They answered all ...

  • Amazing neighborhood and excellent service
