Maintenance and staff are great. Community doesn’t seem to have control of their children. Running in and out of streets, throwing trash on ground, swearing, etc.

This property is beautiful. Not many residents right now, but to be one of the first of a few to move on the property was a great feeling. Penny is great, and so are the other staff members. I love my townhouse it beautiful. It's a smart house, Me and my Husband loved that. I would recommend anyone to some see for yourself. You'll love them
