About Summit Apartments
Hayward Summit apartments is a small, boutique community where our residents enjoy a pleasurable, safe and quiet living environment. We care about our tenants, you will not get lost in the crowd here. Summit is conveniently located near the heart of downtown Hayward. Our modern upgrades provide Large-Open floor plans. Kitchens have been updated, carpeting is all-new, and bathrooms include marble bathtub enclosures. All of our apartments provide outdoor balconies or patios. Amenities include a Luxer Parcel Locker Box for Amazon and other parcel deliveries to insure you receive your packages securely. We have a swimming pool and BBQ/Picnic area, three on-site laundry facilities, one on each floor, controlled-access building, elevator access to all floors, dedicated parking spots, on-site storage rooms, and 24-hour emergency maintenance. We enforce a no smoking policy as the health and safety of our tenants is a priority.

refurbished, gated complex
November 17, 2022I lived there for almost two years. My 1br/1ba was great - recently refurbished with nice kitchen countertops and the bathroom looked brand new. Amazing location with great apartments and management
March 8, 2020These apartments are extremely conveniently located right by 880 and 92. Lots of great local restaurants and shopping all within a 5 min drive. The new management has been extremely responsive about dealing with any problems or complaints in a timely manner. There have been improvements and renovations happening, cleaning up the property and really making it a nice place to live not just to stay for a while. The Units are large and have nice open floor plans so it doesn't feel like a ...cramped apartment. There is a covered parking spot for everyone, with a few garages. At night it's quiet and peaceful, no loud music or TVs. Once or twice a year on a Friday or Saturday people will have big picnics and parties out in the back patio, but it's all cleaned up and quiet by 10.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great apartment layout and the management cares
September 17, 2019This is by far my favorite apartment in the bay! The layout was so nice, it just felt like a home. Here’s what you need to know... Pros: - Since this management has taken over, they have made huge enhancements to provide a safe and secure living environment - If I need assistance with my apartment, they are super helpful in getting it resolved It was just a very comfortable place to be - Great Service from management and building manager - just genuine and kind - They keep the grounds and ...apartment building clean - did I mention I love the floor plan?
