I rented this apartment as a temporary place to stay while working in Maryland, but it turned into one of the worst rental experiences I have ever had.
For weeks, I woke up every morning with painful bites all over my body, including my face. I spent time and money trying mosquito repellents and traps, thinking that was the problem. It wasn't. The apartment had a bed bug infestation.

investigating the issue and helping resolve it, they dismissed my concerns and made me feel responsible for a problem that was clearly not of my making.
For more than a month, I endured daily bites while management arranged treatments that failed to solve the problem. I repeatedly asked for effective extermination and other corrective measures. Although some requests were eventually approved, the process was slow, resistant, and poorly managed.
The physical discomfort, stress, lack of sleep, and constant frustration became unbearable. I ultimately broke my lease and moved out because the situation was never properly resolved. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
