Horrible
July 17, 2025The apartment grounds are poorly maintained — trash is constantly overflowing, and the pool is always green and unusable. The gate is almost never working, which defeats the purpose of it being a gated community. Children are often left unsupervised, damaging cars and even running out in front of vehicles, which is a major safety concern. The units themselves are outdated and absolutely not worth the high rent. Communication with management is frustrating, especially with Daniel, the GM, who is ...consistently unresponsive and unhelpful. Great place to live

Excellent maintenance staff
November 9, 2023Great place to live. I have been here for 3 years. Maintenance staff is always very attentive to any repairs needed. Robert helped today to repair a couple of things. Excellent apartments
October 2, 2022Summit Crossing is easily the best apartment complex that I have lived in. First, the apartments are well designed and well constructed. Next, the apartments and the entire complex is well maintained. The maintenance maintenance people are quick to respond to any maintenance request and do first class work. Fantastic place!
September 29, 2021We moved from Los Angeles a few months ago. We looked at a dozen places before we chose this place. Clean. Quiet. I go on my runs in the evenings. We love living at Summit Crossing!
August 3, 2021We have lived in Phase 1 at Summit Hill Apartments since 2018. We love the community and our townhome. The grounds are kept nice and neat and it is so family and pet friendly.
