Nosey Office. No Privacy. HOA Style
January 20, 2026The Community of Summit Phase one is about 18 Years Old and it’s Showing. Builder grade Upgrades. Impossible to heat up 2 story “townhome” which is really a Narrow Shoe box. You have No Privacy Here. Rude Neighbors. Gate always broke, Trash Build Up. Received Constant Violations and thats a $50 Fee added to your Rent Portal. Horrible Parking, Landscaping will make sure your car is constantly covered in Debris. Keep Looking this community is basically a Low Income Atmosphere. Speaking of ...Atmosphere, the HWY 400 is So Loud 24/7. Mold In toilets, on window Seals, Bathtubs weekly, The Roofs are old so it makes sense to have a moisture issue.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Horrible
July 17, 2025The apartment grounds are poorly maintained — trash is constantly overflowing, and the pool is always green and unusable. The gate is almost never working, which defeats the purpose of it being a gated community. Children are often left unsupervised, damaging cars and even running out in front of vehicles, which is a major safety concern. The units themselves are outdated and absolutely not worth the high rent. Communication with management is frustrating, especially with Daniel, the GM, who is ...consistently unresponsive and unhelpful. Excellent maintenance staff
November 9, 2023Great place to live. I have been here for 3 years. Maintenance staff is always very attentive to any repairs needed. Robert helped today to repair a couple of things. Excellent apartments
October 2, 2022Summit Crossing is easily the best apartment complex that I have lived in. First, the apartments are well designed and well constructed. Next, the apartments and the entire complex is well maintained. The maintenance maintenance people are quick to respond to any maintenance request and do first class work. Fantastic place!
September 29, 2021We moved from Los Angeles a few months ago. We looked at a dozen places before we chose this place. Clean. Quiet. I go on my runs in the evenings.
