Honest Review
October 20, 2020I consider myself an honest person. As much as I want to give low marks much has to be considered. The front office staff helped me tremendously when I desperately needed to move. In my unit for me it’s not ideal. Covid-19 I work from home. Great marks are most people who live here have been here. I don’t see a great turn over that says a lot. Not going to bore you with my details because honestly I feel management is trying as best they can. I myself have felt like a rock in hard place ...understanding business but yet still being annoyed. In my worst annoyance it’s not all day. Often or if you complain, although it might not addressed as you see fit I have noticed that it is addressed. For the most part it’s unbelievably quiet. The office staff upon when I applied was extremely pleasant. Because I have issues with some long term residents I do feel its become personal and I’m not as welcome as other residents but overall it’s pleasant. I’m not going to score based on personal feelings. The bug issue was resolved. My absolute favorite is a Ronnie the maintenance guy is a taste of southern politeness and hospitality. I’ve witnessed interactions amongst certain residents that are heart warming. I would not honestly dismay anyone although I’ve had my challenges.Property Manager Responded
