The best apartment!
November 7, 2023This is the best apartment building that I have lived in. The rooms are hella insulated so outside your apartment, you may here your neighbors but once you close your front door, it is so quiet. Also the Summit staff work hard to keep the grass mowed and presentable. Everyone cleans up after their pets and no one leaves their laundry in after it’s been completed. The apartments are newly renovated and it has been a great experience so far!Property Manager Responded

Even if you do everything right, you're wrong.
November 9, 2015Management is horrific. They are overly controlling, leaving notes on the doors constantly reminding people of the rules and new rules, and you are expected to sign the paper saying you read it and return it to the office within a day or two or be fined. WSG is added onto the rent and it's divided between all the tenants, so even if you don't use much water you still have to pay for those who do. The rent, which is too high for this place, has been raised again. The washers and dryers are awful. ...The washers in my building barely auscultate and the hot wash is barely lukewarm. The dryers run for 50 minutes and the clothes are still wet and you have to pay again. The floors are incredibly squeaky and you always know what your neighbors are up to. You will not get your deposit back. You WILL get fined for normal wear and tear. Take the rent of this place, add $35 and go find somewhere else for that price.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
