I wouldn't rent here.Landlords are horrible. It's family owned. If they refuse to repair something you have no options. They raise rent each year, even during the lockdown.
Very rude sarcastic and at times borderline abusive. They only care about themselves and the money. they don't care what the tenants are dealing with .
everything is on their terms and on their schedule steer clear!

i loved my apartment at Summit Ave! It was quiet - set behind main roads surrounded by trees. Well maintained by the husband, wife, and daughters.
