They never notified a lot of there tents of rent increase, they have way fix any thing and they are doing renovations at the moment and telling tents that they do not know what the construction workers are doing for some odd reasons when they are representing the owners and HUD. So expect lies at ever corner.

summit ridge is some very nice apartments.school bus pick kids up right at the door..not to far from shopping areas.the staff is wonderful.They are maintained very well
