My family and I are renting an apartment here while we wait for our house to be built. It has been a very pleasant experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the complex is beautiful and peaceful, and the apartment itself is very cozy. We liked it so much we helped my mother rent an apartment here!

It's an okay apartment, the rent is too high and the building itself is old. so you don't know when things will start breaking. When you call for maintenance to fix something it takes 24-48hrs before they arrive.

We moved to into Summit Ridge to get more space for less money than our apartment in Belton, and that's exactly what we got. The outside and inside have been updated pretty well and the office and maintenance staff are very nice. The only downside was that the carpet could've used replacing before we moved in and sometimes there just wasn't enough staff to complete maintenance requests in a timely manner. But these are minor complaints for the price. Also, the complex has a very family friendly ...
