Pool closed, gate open
July 18, 2024The gate is always open and the pool’s been closed two, technically three times this summer. The first one was less than a week after it opened. The next two times was for a day last week and all this week, respectively. We’ve been getting emails every day that the pool is still closed, but not until after noon; today it was after 2pm. I pay for the gate to be closed at night and the pool to be open during the day. The property is under new management, but these issues are not new or unique to ...current management. An “incident” occurred at the pool earlier this summer that prompted management to reduce pool hours for everyone. They then held the pool hostage until “the majority” of residents returned their old key fob in exchange for the new one, in order for the pool to re-open at regular hours.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Terrible
December 5, 2023This place has gone down the drain in the last few years. Had a horrible experience here. It was so bad I broke my lease. Had a downstairs apartment. The neighbors upstairs had children that ran and screamed at all hours day or night. The ceiling sounded like it was going to cave in. It was embarrassing to have any sort of company so I just didn't invite anyone over. Constant maintenance issues that were never fixed properly, just put a band-aid on it basically. Staff did nothing to help with ...the noise. Flooding issues, which the staff failed to mention to me when I applied. The parking lot is filled with potholes. And don't have your patio door open for fresh air because you won't get it. You'll have a neighbor or someone standing by your door smoking. Absolutely do NOT move to this complex.
